2007 Track: Finished eighth (9:26) in the 3000 meters at the ESU All-American Meet... Ran a personal-best time of 16:08.03 in the 5K at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic... Took fifth out of 15 competitors, finishing in a PSAC qualifying time of 32:58.20 in the 10K at the Jim Taylor Invitational... Took fifth place in the 5,000-meter event at the Radford Invitational... At the DeShriver Invitational, ran a lifetime personal record of 16:13 in the 5K, winning his heat.

2006 Cross Country: Placed 55th at the PSAC Championships... Too 38th place at the Slippery Rock Invitational... Finished 17th at the Huski Invitational.

2005 Track: Placed 8th in 17:14.84 in the 5000 at the East Challenge Meet... Qualified for the PSAC's in the 10,000 meters in a time of 33:16.32 at the Bucknell Distance Carnival...Was a 12th place finisher in the 5000 meters at the Bison Open at Bucknell in a time of 16:39.64...Took fourth in the 1500 at Susquehanna in 16:44.39.

2004 Cross Country: Turned in an impressive performance at the East Stroudsburg Invitational finishing in sixth place in a time of 16:52...Came in 198th at the Penn State National Race in a time of 28:36 to help the Huskies finish 26th overall...Finished 18th at the Husky Invitational with a time of 29:01.60.
